We stand behind our work and your comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your HVAC installation or service, we will make it right. If an issue arises, simply notify us within your warranty period. We will return to inspect the concern at no additional labor cost. If the issue is related to our workmanship, we will repair or correct it promptly. In the rare event that comfort expectations cannot be met after reasonable corrective efforts, we will work with you on a fair resolution. This may include system adjustments or, when appropriate, a partial refund. Our goal is always to ensure you feel confident in both your system and your decision to work with Valley Ductless.
Every Valley Ductless new installation includes a two-year labor warranty, in addition to manufactures parts warranties. Any workmanship-related labor required to repair or correct an issue will be covered at no labor cost for two years from the date of installation. This warranty provides long-term protection beyond the initial satisfaction period and reflects our confidence in the quality of our work. Repair of services includes a one-year warranty.
Our satisfaction guarantee and labor warranty do not cover manufacturer defects, pre-existing system conditions, improper use of equipment, lack of required maintenance, work performed by others, or issues outside of our control. Manufacturer parts warranties apply separately and are honored according to each manufacturer’s terms.
